Parking:
Please read the OQHA's parking information (please note that the showholders do not have any control over parking!). Every vehicle entering the Ohio Fairgrounds pays to park. If you leave the showgrounds with your vehicle, you will have to pay again to enter. There are no exceptions- so please plan accordingly. If you have someone drive you in to the show hall and leave, they will have to pay again to enter. Again, we the showholders have zero input on the parking. We are grateful we can get you next to the building! |
Please note that the QHC-MHS parking permit only allows you to cross 17th Street to park next to the show hall (the Voinovitch or "V" Building) You will still need to pay the parking fee. In order to cross 17th Street to reach the Voinovitch Building you must display the parking permit so that the Ohio State Troopers can see the pass.
It is worth your while to carpool to the show- regrettably, there are NO adjacent areas to park for free. www.quarterhorsecongress.com/parking |
Places to stay:
We stay in Dublin, OH, 20 minutes from the show hall. It is much easier than dealing with the Congress show rates, and there are a lot of good restaurants available nearby.
