HISTORY
The All-American Quarter Horse Congress Model Horse Show was founded in 2002. Historically the same show was held at Equitana in Louisville, KY from 1999 - 2001 by E Sulser and K Bjorgo-Thorne and was sponsored by a model horse manufacturing company in Indiana, USA and a model horse dealer in Dayton, OH. The idea for the show came from Ginger (Ryals) Patrick of the Ohio Top Hands equestrian drill team.
The current AAQHC Model Horse Show is co-managed by H Mays and K Bjorgo-Thorne. We are looking for interested parties who might want to take over the management of the QHC model horse show.
2019 marks the 16th QHC Model Horse Show held during the world's largest single-breed horse show, the All-American Quarter Horse Congress.
All makes of model horses are welcome at this show.
